Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Bulk Lister ("the Service"). By creating an account or connecting a shop, you agree to them.
1. The Service
Bulk Lister is a tool that helps online sellers create draft listings and manage listing variations, prices and inventory in shops they own or are authorized to manage. The Service is currently offered as early access and may change as it develops.
2. Your account and shops
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
- You may only connect shops you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
3. Your content and listings
You keep all rights to the designs, images and text you upload. You give us permission to process that content only to provide the Service. You are responsible for making sure your content and listings do not infringe others' rights and comply with the policies of the marketplaces where you sell.
4. Review and publishing
The Service prepares listings and changes for your review. Nothing is published without your approval. AI-assisted suggestions may contain errors, so you are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law or marketplace policy, list prohibited or infringing items, overload or interfere with the Service or connected platforms, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
6. Third-party platforms
The Service connects to third-party marketplaces through their official APIs. Your use of those marketplaces remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions made by those platforms, including listing removals or account actions.
7. Fees
The Service is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish the pricing and notify you before any charge applies. You will not be charged without your consent.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service and disconnect your shops at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated. After termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
