Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Bulk Lister ("we", "us") collects when sellers ("you") connect their shop, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Account information: your email address and the name you provide when you sign up.
Shop data you authorize: when you connect your Etsy shop through Etsy's official OAuth authorization, we access only the data needed to provide the service: shop name and ID, listings (titles, descriptions, tags, images), inventory and variation data (sizes, colors, prices, quantities), and shop settings needed to create listings, such as shipping and return profiles.
Content you upload: designs, mockup images and listing text you add to Bulk Lister.
Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and request times) used for security and troubleshooting.
We do not access, collect or store buyer personal information, order details, payment information or messages. We never see or store your Etsy password.
2. How we use information
- To create, edit and publish listings and variations in your shop at your request
- To save your templates, drafts and settings
- To generate suggested listing text when you use AI-assisted features
- To provide support, keep the service secure and fix problems
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to run Bulk Lister: hosting and infrastructure (such as Cloudflare), and an AI model provider for AI-assisted listing suggestions. When you use AI features, the relevant listing content (for example product type, design description and niche) is sent to the AI provider only to generate suggestions. These providers process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
4. Storage and security
Access tokens are encrypted and stored securely. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to stored data is limited to what is needed to operate the service.
5. Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. If you disconnect your shop, we delete its access tokens immediately. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete your account information, uploaded content and stored shop data within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records by law.
6. Your choices
- Disconnect your shop at any time from Bulk Lister settings or from your Etsy account's app settings
- Request a copy of your data, or its correction or deletion, by emailing us
7. Children
Bulk Lister is intended for sellers aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email.
